Thick Layer Filler Spray

Thick Layer Filler Spray is a professional-grade 1K acrylic filler engineered for efficient car refinishing and spot repairs. This high-build primer delivers exceptional coverage in a single pass, making it ideal for levelling superficial scratches and minor surface irregularities on sanded substrates. The formulation features excellent flow characteristics and sands smoothly with both wet and dry methods, accelerating your workflow. Quick-drying technology allows rapid recoating with water- or solvent-based basecoats. Compatible with steel, aluminium, old paint coatings, polyester putty, and various plastics (PC, PVC, ABS, PA, SAN, PU, UP, EP). Acrylic resin base with solvent odour; achieves 70–80 μm DFT across three layers and withstands temperatures up to 90°C. Variable fan nozzle provides precision application.
