Shipping Coverage (Australia Only)
We currently deliver within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
• Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak periods, promotions, or stock replenishment periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier network conditions.
• Metro Areas: approx. 2–5 business days
• Regional Areas: approx. 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: approx. 5–10 business days

Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is provided by the courier, tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Conditions
To ensure safe delivery:
• Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
• Lexus International Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
• Some deliveries may require a signature depending on courier requirements.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-delivery fees may apply.
Damaged Parcels / Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your products securely. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Email sales@lexusinternational.com.au with:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged packaging and products
- a short description of the issue
We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement, credit, or suitable solution where applicable.
Incorrect Items Sent
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange the correct item to be sent and advise the return process if required.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you choose “Authority to Leave” or provide delivery instructions requesting the parcel to be left unattended:
• delivery will be at the customer’s risk
• Lexus International Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery confirmation by the courier

While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:
